I found a nice Hebrew website:

http://www.behrmanhouse.com/learn/hebrew

They sell some books at the top, but if you scroll down to the "Online Hebrew Practice and Games" section, those only require a free registration. There's some Hebrew reading practice, some prayers (though by no means comprehensive), as well as vocabulary/conversational Hebrew practice.

The Hebrew program at UT-Austin has a site online with free tutorials and clips:

http://www.laits.utexas.edu/hebrew/

You can buy their beginner and intermediate Modern Hebrew course books on Amazon (by Esther Raizen).

Free lectures (Orthodox POV, but I haven't encountered one yet which was negative towards other denominations; very Jew positive): http://www.simpletoremember.com/media/

Free Google books for computer and e-reader. These are old Hebrew books (they also have a lot of Judaism books for free): https://www.google.com/search?q=hebrew+language&btnG=Search+Books&tbm=bks&tbo=1#q=hebrew+language&hl=en&tbo=1&tbm=bks&source=lnt&tbs=bkv:r&sa=X&ei=JoUgT7HfNpPvggftm_j4Dg&ved=0CCQQpwUoAw&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&fp=47994483ea268613&biw=1440&bih=755

I found a website with lots of questions/answers about Jewish beliefs and practices.

http://jewishvaluesonline.org/

Usually at least three rabbis (Orthodox, Conservative, Reform) will give a response.

Some non-Orthodox sources for Jewish learning:

Project Open Book: An online "kollel" with a variety of courses on Judaism, it's free to register last time I checked.

Ritualwell: Information on rituals and practices of Judaism, told from a Reconstructionist POV.

Congregation Netivot Shalom is an egalitarian synagogue in Berkeley, CA that has a lot of information on how to participate in services, including aliyot and reading the Torah/haftarah (with audio of the tropes!)
